I've never had a a massage before- what can I expect?
You'll begin by filling out a client health history form (preferably before you arrive) to ensure the massage is safe and tailored to your needs. Your therapist will discuss any details with you if necessary. They will then instruct you on how to lay on the table and leave the room while you get ready. You can undress to your comfort level, and you'll be draped appropriately throughout the massage. Feel free to communicate with your therapist if you have any concerns or preferences during the session.
Where are you located?
We are located at 91 Sir Tim Wallis Drive, Three Parks, Wānaka. The entry to the building is on the right if you're facing Smith City (carpark side), and on the left if you're facing Ali Babas (street side). We are located within Lakes Podiatry so be sure to follow their signage if you're unsure. Pop inside the doors and up the stairs, or take the elevator down the right of the stairs. We are in the first door on the right up the stairs. Please grab a seat in reception and Victoria will come out to meet you.
Do you take walk-ins?
While we love the spontaneity of walk-ins, we want to ensure that each client receives the attention and care they deserve. As such, we kindly request no walk-ins, please book online or give us a text or call. We are often able to accommodate clients, even with short notice! Please note, our online booking system requires 2 hours notice, so if you would like to see if there is anything sooner, please call or text. Thanks for considering us for your massage needs!
Are you a Southern Cross Health Society Easy-claim provider?
YES- We are a Southern Cross approved easy-claim provider!
Can I wear my headphones during the treatment?
Absolutely! Your comfort is our priority. While you may need to remove them for certain parts of the treatment, our therapists have no issue with you wearing headphones. You're also welcome to request music or podcasts from Spotify that align with your preferences. And don't worry, if you prefer not to request anything or are unsure what to request, you can choose silence or we'll play low-key, relaxing music. But rest assured, you won't find any waterfall and whale songs here unless you specifically request them.
