Booking Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your appointments online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you must call or text to notify us. In such cases, you may be asked to pay for the appointment.

Prior to your initial appointment, you are required to fill out an intake form. This form provides important information about your health history.

Follow-up Appointments:

You are required to inform the therapist of any changes or updates to your health or circumstances before your follow-up appointments. This ensures that we can provide the most effective and appropriate treatment.

Multi-buy Packages Terms and Conditions

Description

The "60 Minute Package" plan entitles the purchaser to five one-hour massage sessions at a discounted rate. This package applies to Remedial and Body Maintenance appointments.

​

Payment

The plan requires a one-time, upfront payment of $605NZD, which covers the cost of five one-hour massage sessions. This payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

​

Validity Period

The plan is valid for a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be used within this timeframe.

​

No Refunds

Once purchased, the plan is non-refundable. There will be no refunds issued for any unused sessions, regardless of the reason.

​

Transferability

The plan is non-transferable, meaning it can only be used by the recipient named at the time of purchase. Sessions cannot be transferred to another individual.

​

Appointment Booking

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. It is recommended to schedule appointments in advance to ensure preferred time slots.

​

Expiration

 Any unused sessions remaining after the 12-month validity period will expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Additional Purchases

Purchasing the "60 Minute Package" plan does not commit the purchaser to any further payments or subscriptions. Additional plans can be purchased separately if desired.
