Booking Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your appointments online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.
A $30 deposit is required for all bookings to secure the appointment slot.
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you must call or text to notify us. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited.

Prior to your initial appointment, you are required to fill out an intake form. This form provides important information about your health history.

Follow-up Appointments:

You are required to inform the therapist of any changes or updates to your health or circumstances before your follow-up appointments. This ensures that we can provide the most effective and appropriate treatment.

Multi-buy Packages Terms and Conditions

Description

The "5x 60 Minute Massage Sessions" plan entitles the purchaser to five one-hour massage sessions at a discounted rate. This applies to remedial, deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage therapy services.

Payment

The plan requires a one-time, upfront payment of $550NZD, which covers the cost of five massage sessions. This payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

​

Validity Period

The plan is valid for a duration of 18 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be used within this timeframe.

​

No Refunds

Once purchased, the plan is non-refundable. There will be no refunds issued for any unused sessions, regardless of the reason.

​

Transferability

The plan is non-transferable, meaning it can only be used by the recipient named at the time of purchase. Sessions cannot be transferred to another individual.

​

Appointment Booking

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. It is recommended to schedule appointments in advance to ensure preferred time slots.

​

Expiration

 Any unused sessions remaining after the 18-month validity period will expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Additional Purchases

Purchasing the "5x 60 Minute Massage Sessions" plan does not commit the purchaser to any further payments or subscriptions. Additional plans can be purchased separately if desired.

Referral Program

Welcome to Alpine Massage's Referral Program! We’re excited to have you participate and help us grow. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone, please read the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:

    • The referral program is open to all local businesses in the Wanaka area, please get in touch to sign up

  2. How to Participate:

    • Referral cards are provided to local participating businesses.

    • Referrers should write their name and workplace on the card.

    • Referrers give the card to a friend or colleague who is interested in booking a massage.

    • The new client must bring the referral card to their appointment or provide the referrer’s name and workplace if they forget the card.

  3. Referral Rewards:

    • New clients referred will receive a $5 discount on their first massage session.

    • Each successful referral enters the referrer into a quarterly draw to win a free 1-hour massage.

  4. Referral Validity:

    • The new client must bring the physical referral card to their appointment or provide the referrer’s name and workplace at the time of booking.

    • Discount will be applied in person at checkout.

    • Entries for the quarterly draw are only valid after the new client's payment is completed.

  5. Quarterly Draw:

    • The draw will take place every three months.

    • Winners will be notified via email or phone.

    • The free 1-hour massage must be claimed within six months of winning.

  6. Program Changes and Termination:

    • Alpine Massage reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

    • Any changes will be communicated via our website and social media platforms.

  7. Privacy:

    • Personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for the purposes of the referral program and will not be shared with third parties.

  8. General Conditions:

    • Alpine Massage reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions.

    • The referral program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
